Ardra Villa offers a standard cancellation policy designed to balance the interests of both hosts and guests. This policy outlines the refund amount and the timeframe required for cancellation to be eligible for a full refund. Please review the policy for complete details.
Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund and other Policies applicable before making a booking.
Standard Cancellation Policy
If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled 21-11 days before checkin date.
Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee.
Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.
If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*
Cancellation policy is overridden and cancellaton is not allowed for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali, Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.

Terms & Conditions
In case of any refunds that Ardra Villa owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Ardra Villa. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges.
GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
If the guest checks-in and decides to leave early, refund will not be given.
Refund for Extra Charges
In case of any change in group size, the extra bedding charges collected can be refunded if intimated to Ardra Villa minimum 24 hour prior to check-in. As with all refunds a 5% processing fee shall be levied for processing the refund. No refund for extra bedding charges shall be processed if informed within 24 days prior check-in or after check-in.
Cancellation by Ardra Villa
In extreme situations, Ardra Villa may need to cancel or reschedule a Booking. In such case, Guest have an option to avail 100% refund.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy
Our standard check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 12 noon, provided there's no booking at the villa for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in. In case you wish to avail an earlier check-in (earliest possible is 9:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night.
We'd be happy to offer a complimentary late check-out by 11:00 am if there's no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your checkout date as we do accept instant online and last-minute bookings.
In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 3 pm, and 40% upto 6 pm. Full night charges apply thereafter.
It is at the discretion of Ardra Villa, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.
Processing Refunds

A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by Ardra Villa. This is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.
